01About Us
Apicks 360 (Apicks360 Modest Boutique) is a modest fashion boutique based in Ghana, offering abayas, two-piece sets, dresses, hijabs and accessories online and by phone or WhatsApp.
02Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been received or we have confirmed it with you directly. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we cannot verify the order details. If we cancel a paid order, we will offer you an alternative item or store credit.
03Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). Prices and availability may change without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when your order is confirmed. We accept card and Mobile Money payments through our secure checkout.
04Product Details
We do our best to show colours, fabrics and sizes accurately. Slight differences may occur due to screen settings, lighting or natural variation in fabric. Please contact us before ordering if you need help choosing a size.
05Delivery
- We deliver nationwide across Ghana.
- Deliveries go out on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
- Please provide a correct address and an active phone number so our rider can reach you.
- Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
06Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of delivery for unused items in their original condition with all tags intact. We do not offer refunds. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for full details.
07Your Account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorised use.
08Content & Images
All photos, text, logos and designs on this website belong to Apicks 360 and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.
09Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10Liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as weather, network outages or courier disruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Ghanaian consumer law.
11Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to every new order.
